Pathetic Customer Service

Goldman Crossing Spar - Good day, trust this message find you in order. I purchased alcohol from your Tops Goldman Spar yesterday to the value of R599. I returned it this morning as the stock was duplicated by my husband yesterday. Unfortunately the store manager very rudely advised i cannot return the items neither provide me with a refund. Your policy states that a customer can return goods within 14 days provided the contents have not been opened. I am utterly disgusted at the manner i was treated by your store at Goldman Spar in Florida. I am also going to esalate this matter further to Hello Peter as there was no "do not return" policy stated yesterday or online. Please escalate this matter with immediate effect as I am also going to the media with this unruelly manner in which the matter was dealt with. Your store managers have officially tarnished your brand at the Florida Store and should be reprimanded for *********** and harsh customer service. I am really disgusted at this point!!!!
