Pathetic Customer Service

Good Day . Today I went to Spar Bridge City - Kwamashu because I am the manager in one of the banks. I was assisted by Thabisile Magubane who is the cashier and i must say her Stinking attitude gave me a shock of my life as a pregnant woman. I had forgotten my wallet in my car and I nicely asked her to keep my sandwich and juice aside as i was coming back. Mind you its 7:46 in the morning and the store is not busy , so when i came back she deliberately ignored me and assisted 3 customers who came there after me and when i asked her she said because those customer were going to complain because i was coming back for the second time which got me very confused. I then asked her if i was not going to complaint regarding the way she was treating me and if i was not as important just like those clients. She said I am more than welcome to do whatever i want. Spar is one of the biggest and reputable retailers and should really invest in staff training regarding customer service. My question is how many customers does she insult everyday.
