Pathetic customer service

I am absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the store manager on duty at the moment. Their fresh cream pricing was incorrect on the shelf. Initially he said since there are two rows marked incorrectly he would allow us to pay the marked price. Then slid the marked price away and took back his statement. Instead of apologizing for their error he decided to argue acting as though the prices were manually moved by us. He needs a serious lesson in customer service!!!!
