Pathetic and terrible service received

<p>On the 14/03/2017 I went to Superspar in Clanwilliam to do a money transfer deposit at around 17h45. I was depositing money for my sister who was suppose to take her daughter to the doctor the following morning. I gave the cashier my ID book and my cellp phone and the receivers cell phone number and I deposited the money.The cashier gave the receipt with short Voucher Nr and when I asked she said the full voucher number will be sent to the recipient via sms and she will receive it in a short while but to my suprise by 08h00 the following morning she still have not received the sms and went back to the shop that was on the 15/03/2017 and I was told the people who are dealing with that are only starting at 09h00. I left the shop and call them at 11h30 and I was attended by a very rude cashier who droped the call on my ears twice because she was demanding that she can only assist me if I went back to the shop,but I've explained to her that I'm not staying around that area and i was only there for work purposes and she said she cannot help me.and I call for the third time and requested to speak to the manager. The manager took my details and my cell phone number and promise to investigate and get back to me but up until now he has not get back to me. They expect me to drive 300km to go the shop and fix this but what irritates me is that it not my fault, it because of their *********** cashier's who did not do the job. I am very angry and disgusted by pathetic nad terrrible service that I received from that store and above all my still have received the money. People that I dealt with in that store they have no clue about customer service value or maybe its because I'm not an Afrikaans speaker that is why they do not care about my query. All I want now its my money after that I will have nothing to do with them.</p>
