Pathetic and Disgusting Service

I'm livid with the service that I got from Spar Bothasig. I saw a quarter lamb the price sticker was a little broken but the bar code was clear. I took it as I was going to 1st ask for the price then add it to my grocery list. To my surprise the price was R124 when the lady scanned it. She immediately took the lamb to the butchery because she realised there was a mistake with the price. She was having a stinking attitude all along. I asked her why did she change the price sticker I will buy this lamb with the price that was scanned. She immediately said I am not going to help you let me call the manager. The whole butchery staff came with the big sticker that shows the cost of the lamb is R124/kg and I was saying the price that it scanned is the price that I am going to pay. I asked for manager's name he said his Mario his surname he refused to give me his surname. The cashier said I am not going to help her when I asked for her name. Her name is Shelley and she said you will get my surname from till slip. I was undermined by the manager and their cashier. I will not let this lying down
