Passing the buck - Plain heartless & superficial

Hollard Insurance together with Broadacres Shopping Centre are refusing to pay medical expenses totalling only R2701 to a 72 year old pensioner who slipped on a DRY tiled sloping ramp outside the Broadacres Spar and fractured one of her vertebrae causing enormous pain and numerous further treatments not included in the above amount. Why must these medical expenses eat into her medical savings amount due to the negligence of the shopping centre who don't want to put in non-slip strips on the slope as they look \unsightly"and Hollard Insurance just don't want to pay??<br> """
