I been a loyal shopper at the above mentioned spar for long now but since December 2015 I have noticed their standards has gone down. 3 weeks ago I bought a chicken.mayo sub and roast beef from their prepared meals. The sub was in the cooler fridge. When we got home we found the sub had mould underneath n on the.inside the.mayo has gone sour. I contacted spar but was put through to to so.many.people that my.airtime ran out. I went to the shop and asked the assistant who.i can speak.with but again I was sent from.pillar to.post. Last week we bought biryani from them n again the food was off same happened when we bought lasagne n mac n mince dishes. To add insult to injury you never get hold off the.person in charge. Yes that spar is located in a disadvantaged community but surely we also.pay for.our groceries.like all othe customers do. Surely Spar can attend to these complaints. When you speak.to the staff about a concern all.they do is nod their heads or look spaced out. And that I find so annoying cause if you read their pledge on the walls you would think they their to help u the.customer. Seems their staff is like the food \ tasteless and old\""
