Parking **** run by management and their accomplic

I parked at the Kwikspar Greenpoint at 8pm on 30 April 2015. , bought some tings at Spar and went with family to a restaurant. Came out at 10pm and was told I cannot get my car out unless I pay R250.<br> THis is ********!!! There is no sign that says that. We were held hostage for an hour, we called the police, who said why dont we just pay to make things easy for ourselves. <br> The only visible sign on the back wall of the parking area says people who park *******ly will be clamped.<br> When I went into the store to complain to the manager I was pushed and shoved - they were doing a stock-take and had refused to respond.<br> I will be back there to complain and will take this further.<br> Its a complete racket. This obviously happens a lot - why dont they put a CLEAR sign up at the ENTRANCE that says if you leave your car after 9pm you will be fined???<br> In the end I had to pay and insisted on a receipt because I could see this money was going straight to the pockets of a couple security guards and/or the Spar manager - who first said if I was not aggressive (ie angry) he would have just let me out, and in the next breath... Do I want him to lose his job if<br> he doesnt fine me. Yeah right!!!
