Packaging not sealed - Unhygienic!

I ordered online and was sent an unsealed package of Safari Seedless Raisins. I wrote to the manager and have had NO RESPONSE.

I also wrote to SAFARI and, after the initial telephonic contact - SILENCE!

Does Spar and Safari not care about hygiene?
