ox tripe with worms

My team and I bought ox tripe as we had to cook for heritage at work,pack date was 19/09/2019 to 24/09/2019 got home and de-froze the tripe only to find worms,this morning at 8:00am 20/09/2019 took back the tripe and the store manager,denied knowing that and said he is going to investigate because all meat came from spar warehouse. My team and I were expecting Muzi the Manager ***ner of the franchise), and Grace the lady from the butcher gave us attitude and told us tripe has worms comes like that. we were expecting Muzi to compensated ,for the inconvenience caused and time wasted,he just gave us a refund and left us in the foyer,now we have to make another plan to get food for our heritage lunch, we are very disappointed with service and the way he handled the matter.please to the public do not buy meat products at the midrand super spar china town.I told every one at work and my neighbours and people that i know not to visit the store or buy meat there. Disappointed.
