Overcharging
I headed to Spar Walvis Bay last night to pick up a few needed goodies. I always knew this branch is horribly expensive, but it came as quite a surprise when I saw that they were charging R33.75 for a small (about 7cm) head of Cauliflower. Being the only store still open, I had no choice to buy it.<br> I did some investigating this morning and most shops in the area charge around R17 per head.<br> <br> Shocking!
