Over Charging Customers

<p>Good day Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like to draw your attention to over charging of customer at Spar Zevenwaght in kuilsriver.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have repeatedly reported that spar has been over chargeing customer by displaying one price on the shelf but when you come to the till and pay for your goods. the prices are different.</p> <p>by the time you relise you have been cheated you long time at home.</p> <p> </p> <p>this causes you to have to go back again to the shop waste your time complaining to management but eventually the problem does not get solved only excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is most probabily literally the 8th time that i have raised this issue of being over charged by them,</p> <p> </p> <p>the funny part is its not only me but my friends have also complained of being over charged. i think we should make people aware to check their till slips and compare the prices to what they assume they will be paying.</p> <p> </p> <p>i dont know when spar will sort out this issue the longer it takes the more profit for them which oviously benifits them.</p> <p> </p> <p>very concerned.</p>
