Outstanding PRO

My son purchased a piece of fillet steak and on unpacking it when he arrived home found that the steak smelt off. He drove back to Cedar Spar and spoke to the manageress who apologised profusely, accompanied him to the butcher and instructed them cut a new piece for him of his choice. They made no adjustment to the price to compensate for the inconvenience. Very heartening to see managers take ownership of a complaint and to make good.
