Outstanding Customer Service

I have never been so pleased with the treatment that we got from this lady. After a minor feud with some rude security guy. The lady just called us over to the till with a big smile and serviced us. She was not even on the counter where we could get cigarette and rushed over to the other tills to ask for the cigarette we needed. She deserves to be promoted. I was astounded by the manner in which she carried out her duties. Even if the security guy refused to get the cigarette for her to scan for payment she never showed frustration she just stood up and rushed to the kiosk then came back. I'm very much impressed by her and my friends also express their gratitude for her willingness to assist. Keep up the good work Cleo and I want you to know it will never be forgotten. Thank You Thank You and Thank You!
