Online Registration is not user friendly

So i picked up the my rewards card from Spar last night. I went online and a couple of things stood out for me. <br> 1. Their help feature is not very helpful. You insert the number on the back of the card and it keeps telling you the numbers are not valid.<br> 2. The cell phone drop down field does not give you an 084 option. Sp in other words they haven't catered for this any client that has a number starting with 084 will not be able to get their notifications.<br> 3. The area drop down field does not give you a south african suburb option.So the clever IT people who developed this did not cater for any South African suburbs?<br> <br> I then tried their USSD option and once again not user friendly<br> 1.
