Ongoing problems with rotten food

Hi... today we bought some lamb from 5 Ways Spar in Empangeni. Upon getting it home we found it to be rotten and smelling disgusting. This has happened numerous times to us and, accordingly to others its happened to them too. This Spar group has been at the centre of a very public outcry over the very same problem yet nothing's changed... they still sell rotten food causing people to get back in their cars and drive back to the store to return the rotten product when what they really want to do is to prepare the evening meal. Cleary no health protocols are being followed here and we the public are at risk of food poisoning.
