Ongoing mishandling of stock at Spar Bedfordview leads to crushed biscuits in boxes

Am I the only one who discovers that biscuits purchased at Spar Bedfordview are broken as if the box has been mishandled. The first few times I thought it was just an aberration but it seems that it's a non stop problem. I raised the issue of broken biscuits with one of the managers who said bring the packet back... How by then I've thrown away or salvaged the 5 broken or crushed biscuits and eaten them with the rest. I don't care about the R25 I spent but feel cheated.
