Once Again purchase of off meat from Spar Dalview

Once again I have been subjected to the purchase of off meat from SPAR Dalview and its just not acceptable. This is not the first time this has happened but the 4th. I purchased SPAR pork bangers on Sunday 19th April and yesterday I opened them up to cook and once again that horrific smell. I'm tired of driving up and down to return off meat to SPAR as if I have nothing better to do when I have two hungry children waiting for a meal. The management of this SPAR is absolutely appalling to say the least, try and contact them to resolve this issue the attitude on the phone of the person who took my call was one of a no care attitude, didn't not apologise, take down my details to investigate and contact me back. So why should I purchase from SPAR again. I spend more than R4000 a month at SPAR because its located in a convenient area, but id rather travel a further 7km to Pick n Pay where I am greeted by friendly staff, my meat is fresh and the manager actually attends to complaints should there be any without resorting to HELLO PETER. I don't know why these people are working there if they so disinterested in customer service.
