On the 22 march 2025 I went to spar tops to purchase liquor however when it came to paying the money came off my account but on their side they didn't receive anything

On the 22 march 2025 I went to spar tops to purchase liquor however when it came to paying the money came off my account but on their side they didn't receive anything. They then sent me a letter that I should take to the bank , I took the letter today to the bank and they told me that the store did receive the payment and there's nothing they can do on there side , I still didn't receive my money back from the store and I'm very upset about it
