On 9 September 2025, while shopping at Spar, I was informed by other customers that staff in company uniform were badmouthing and swearing at me. After the store closed, five employees—including cashiers and a senior supervisor—confronted me outside, claiming I had allegedly spoken about the supervisor. I was alone, tried to de-escalate and avoid conflict, even calling the supervisor by name and saying I would report the incident the next day. Despite my efforts, they continued shouting and swearing before eventually leaving. I later posted a TikTok video about the incident, describing the poor customer service and fear I felt as a regular Spar customer facing five aggressive staff members. I feel humiliated and ashamed by this experience.
