Omo promotion

So disappointed in the online Omo promotion that spar held today according to the advert it was a buy 1 get 1 free promotion so i ordered 2 but because i did not saw the free 1 online i phoned spar to find out how will the promotion be run because even at checkout there was nothing stated abouth the free 1. I spoke to Mr Jason Page and explained that i will only recieve i extra instead of 2 cause it's 1 per order so i asked why did they not state that on the advert .... i cancelled the 2nd one and went to the shop to try and correct my order and make separate order cause the order was meant for 2 people so when we(me and my friend) wanted to make separated orders he informed me that it's sold out mind you i phoned 10 o'clock in the morning and it was past 4 when i was in the shop and told it's sold out......

I feel the advert was not clear and i had to go to the shop for clearity 2. How can it be an online special that by 4 in the afternoon it's sold out but the time i was in the shop op a new pallet came in the store.
