Old stock and managers has a BAD ATTITUDE

Last night, I bought a box of Oats at our Spar, when I opened the box this morning this morning to cook it was full of MITE, so I took it back to have it exchanged.... WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE!! The manager asked me for my till slip, I told him, I don't have this any more as WHO KEEPS a slip for a box of oats? The staff in spar recognised me but he did not what to know anything. I stay in mountain view but will NEVER buy anything from this spar again as this was not the first time last week I bought a box of Weet-Bix and it was OLD, I had to through it away, when I bought the second BAD item... this was just enough. Last week when I was in the store the manager spoke very bad to one of his employees.
