old product and bad customer service

I purchased various products the day before xmas. When opening it on xmas day the nuts were rancid and the inside of the dough was uncooked! Unfortunately I didn't keep my till slip, but did take a picture of the product. Very disappointing and embarrassing in font of friends and family to put OLD Cake on table! I also purchased Lamingtons which were style expire date 27 December and I also purchased Mister Sweet Peanut Snacks where when you opened the packet the smell of old style peanuts hit you expiry date is Sep. 2016. I am very disappointed as I had a very bad Christmas Day experience with products purchase. I contacted SPAR and H/O called back to say that Retail Crossing will call to apologise. Up to date I have received NO call! Thanks SPAR for a very unforgettable XMAS!!! ruined by you!!!<br> <br>
