Old food and pathetic services

I purchased food, got back at work ate and didn't taste nice I then heated the food thinking it's because it was cold that's why it tasted that way only to take the food out of the microwave and smelt it's off, in the week I inboxed them regarding there pathetic services not once have management apologized regarding a concern that is effecting there business, they should closed down, on other days instead of helping the clients there staff complain how drunk they are and they don't want to be at work, what kind of customer services are they running and it's just In there fast food department, for all the good staff that works there they are the once that should be given then opportunity instead of placing the pathetic staff in areas where attention to detail is needed. Spar vangate mall you not getting my ass in your shop again.
