old chicken biltong

NO RESPONSE YET! I went to Kwikspar in Bellville 24/04.i bought R60.00 chicken biltong as a gift for someone and it i tasted one and it was hard and not nice like when i buy at Kuilsriver Spar.i called spar***) at 11:04am to report the issue and I spoke to a supervisor at front desk and she said she know who i am as i was in the store earlier this morning, she then said I can come to the store at anytime to get a refund and I agreed because i threw the biltong away as it was to hard to give as gift to a elderly person at work. I then went to Spar in my lunch time to collect my refund and the lady that i spoke to was at front desk at 13:40pm today and she called the butcher man Andrew(I think thats his name) and he explained that they cannot assist as they need to assess the issue and I told the lady i cannot drive up and down, i am on lunch and wont be in this area again soon. I requested a manager and his name was Dawie well he blatently told me he cannot assist me. I just spent 20min of my lunch time in spar and it was wasted if the lady had given me the right info. could a AREA MANAGER please call me and I would to be compensated for my money spent,petrol & airtime.
