OFF PRODUCT

I buy on a weeklwy basis beer from Tops Vorna valley. I bought 6 beers and later again 6 and the second lot was off. Smelled off and I was sick from the smell alone once I opened the plastic covering. I gathered all the SEALED drinks and took it back and all I was told is oh it happens. Here is another. What about my petrol and time away from home to be told 'oh sorry it happens'. After washing up my place still smells of off alcohol.... So I must just pay for the liquor that happened to be at the bottom of the plastic by myself??? This is not acceptable. I will caution people buying from Vorna Valley Tops to see that their drinks are of acceptable standards before paying! Stupid excuses dont work for me!!!!!
