Off Meat 4 months in a row, No response from HO

Last week Monday I called your Head Office to report off Ribs I purchased at Bellairs Spar. I was promised that the Regional Manager would investigate and report back to me. I'm still waiting..The Full Story. I spend approximately R80 Thousand Rand a Year at Spar, not a small amount for me. Obviously too small for Spar! I live 15km away from, what used to be the nearest Super Spar 4 Months ago, One of the Flatties I bought was off, when I next went in I told the Manager, and she said I must bring it in. As I explained to her then, I am not keeping off chicken in my fridge until I can get there, but she should check her fridges and supplier. The Following Month the Kebabs were off, The next Month Smoked Ribs, and the Final Straw the Smoked Ribs again 2 weeks ago.I drove 15 km and gave it to the manager, she promised to investigate and get back to me.3 days later, the guy from the butchery called, I must bring the slip to the store so they can trace the ribs.. I suggested the store come collect it... a day later he called back to say, they wouldn't collect it but would offer me double the money I paid Ribs. NO. I find it disgusting that A.
