Off food bad service again!!!

So for the second time I have purchased meat at Spar that was off and worst customer experience again. The first was off pork, tonight off chicken. Atleast 5 other people had returned off chicken tonight, then I was unfortunate enough to get off chicken too. I took it back to the store. Not only did neither of the managers apologise, the brand of off chicken just like I bought was still on the shelf waiting for others to purchase after they were told by atleast 5 people that the chicken is off. I wanted wings so looked at the other brand, all packs are use by is today. The only other chicken wings were R70 a pack so I took one. And after receiving off chicken had to pay in R40 because that is all they had as replacement. Is this as Spar would like their brand to be represented? Possible Salmonella from off chicken is clearly not something the store feels it needs to attend to. I will provide a robust description of the incident should I be contacted. I hope no one at the chicken. It is completely unacceptable.
