****** of hard earned money

I went to spar park square in umhlanga on the 26 April 2023 and I bought already packed beef curry costing me R57 and when I open to eat it there was only 3 small pieces of meat, chunks of potatoes and a salty gravy. Went the following day to report which was today 27th April , they didn't even wanted to attend to me they said I should have brought back packaging if I wanted a refund so I had to move from Umlazi to Umhlanga the following day with a curry I wasn't satisfied with. Lisa in that store was very rude firstly when I laid a complain she didn't bother to come I had to demand her. To come and when she was there she was telling about a policy that isn't even written on the entrance or the receipt. Disgusting service I got from Lisa I wonder how she got such a position
