Nzamie spar manager

I went to the nzamie spar in Newlands west, absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of a manager,my mom bought a 2 litre of fresh,on the 9/04/2015..not able to see the small print of expiry date she just purchased only to realise it was spoilt the next day we immediately went to spar n tried to return it..only to be confronted by a man saying hes the manager who no uniform or a name badge. We explained that we had an invoice n wanted to return the milk ,he says no ..mom asked y ,he says no because she purchased the milk last week and is only returning the milk now! I then approached him.angry at the fact that he is making false accusations,I asked him to look at camera footage to see if my mom had come here last week he refused,I then asked for his name which he refused,I then decided to take a picture of him with my phone,he then pulled my phone out of my hand,n refused to give me back my phone until I screamed n demanded my phone,I was so appalled n angry at this so called manager!! He needs to be reprimanded for his behaviour!! Pathetic, disgusted!!
