My mother who is 62 went to the Spar in Kenilworth to pay for her DSTV subscription, she was assisted by a cashier on the 20 th Jul,the cashier paid into an incorrect customer number and the manager and cashier refused to assist with a refund this is highly unprofessional as this is an elderly women who expected empathic assistance
