Now this is a Customercentric Store!

I live on Waterfall Estate, within walking distance of Checkers at Waterfall Corner....I'd rather drive 3km to go to my Spar in Sunninghill. Tills are always manned with cashiers and packers who are friendly, competent, neat and uniformly dressed with professional name badges.<br> The store offers loyalty discounts and 5% every day for pensioners....this makes a huge difference to us over 60s.<br> The merchandise is well and logically presented and the store is immaculately clean.<br> Shaun goes the extra mile too....always visible and often helping on the floor. A while ago, the wine section was closed in error before 15h00 on a public holiday...when I mentioned this to him, he insisted he give me a free bottle of wine to compensate me for the inconvenience.<br> I feel personally looked after at this store. Well done the Sunninghill team!!!!
