Nothemba, SPAR's stinking attitude lady

So just a few minutes ago I'm at Ngcobo Superspar, I join the queue with only 3 people in front of me but it felt like there was about 10 people. Eventually I get to the front, after she runs my stuff I ask her for something at the kiosk, I was so not ready for the response which said I should go queue that side again, I refused cause I already spent 20min in a queue of only 3 people. When I ask her why, she said they're not allowed to ring kiosk stuff at normal tills! Wow! The nerve in that lady, that time she's so old for such responses. I know retail, I have a degree in that department. Superspar employers should train their employees before employing people with less knowledge on customer service.
