Not impressed with Spar at all

I bought spar cat pellets a while ago travelled home (stay in a rural town) only to open the packet this week and the product is miffed the best before date is July 2024.

Try log a complaint online doesn't allow me to do it, after two days I email customer care..... still no response received on that email, then I find another spar email and I get told I can get a refund if I can produce the slip, now I was not aware that one has to keep a slip for SPAR PRO BALANCE CAT FOOD until the products expiry date has passed but guess that's how they work.
