Not happy

Tops at spar Boksburg , cnr Commissioner and Kruger, we a bought a bottle of Tullamore whiskey, just to find out it was not Tullamore inside the bottle. We took the product , fair enough the store manager said how can they sure we bought the bottle there even we had prove of purchase. The then proceeded to check the batch code claiming all their products have 2017 batch code and the one we have has a 2015 code . We went to the shelf found other bottle that has a 2015 batch code after she claimed , okay still she was not satisfied with our evidence. Then we asked them ( store managers) to trace our barcode, their execuse was the person who does that is not available, another valid evidence we had but they denied us to prove it. My last point the packaging of the product is wrong, three tops which are in the same district have the same package , a bottle with two tumbler glasses. Tops at spar Boksburg they just give you a bottle.
