Not caring about disabled customers

On Sunday I went to Rosmead Superspar for a few things. There are 5 disabled parking bays outside the store. There were 4 *******ly parked vehicles, which meant that I had to park far away. I approached the manager on duty, Rico and asked him if he could please arrange that these vehicles' wheels be clamped. He went outside to have a look and I continued my shopping. When I finished and went outside, I saw that these vehicles were still parked there and not clamped. I went inside to speak to Rico and asked him why the vehicles were not clamped and his reply to me was that the parking area is not his concern. I asked him if he did not care enough about his disabled customers to at least speak to security on duty to get these vehicles clamped and that I am a regular customer who spends thousands in his store. He just shrugged. I then told him that I will be putting this out on social media he gave me a thumbs up with a smirk on his face. This is not the first time that this happened at this particular store.

I think it is time that South Africans started to stand up for our rights! I am sick to death of shopping centers who do not give a **** about disabled customers.
