Northway spar does not have customer ethics

On 27/10/18, I phoned Northway Spar to find out about the promotion of Gino Ginelli ice cream and was told its 2 for R100 and it ends on on 04/11/2018. I went into store and this was not true. Also the price above the product showed R36.99 but at till it scanned R81. The manager took long to come down and he did not care about customer service and he said he could not authorise the promotion price or price on the fridge as per CPA act. He had a bad attitude. I requested he contact the store manager to contact me as yet no call received. They do not bother about customer service. Parklane Spar is far better in their customer service than Northway mall. The manager name was Tyron. Spar need to take more pride in customer service. I rather shop elsewhere where customer service is important. They dont bother about the CPA act.
