Got the most arrogant service ever from Sabel a lady serving the hotdogs, waited for 12 minutes while she was preparing it, even though she saw us in front of her she refused to ask if she could help, so we decided to ask her for 3 hotdogs she said to us it's finished, considering that she is busy preparing it, so she goes on to say if we want to order we need to wait an hour, more customers came in to order knowing we were there first she refused to serve us, and she started serving the other customers. Absolutely disgusting behavior as I visit the Phoenix Spar and I have excellent customer service. This employee should be sorted out for her bad customer service.
