Northcrest Mthatha Spar Disappointing Experience

The worst 2025 Black Friday specials experience at Northcrest Spar. The shelves were not stocked yesterday morning, and today, 29/11/25, they were still empty at 7am, even though the store opens at 7am. The staff kept items for themselves and ****, claiming those items were already paid for and reserved. Is it allowed to keep stock aside for their own and preferred customers?

It was really disappointing. They argued with us as customers. Instead of assisting and advising in an appropriate manner, they were arrogant, had bad attitudes,very rude, and were completely unhelpful. You ask a staff member to check an item for you, and they will never return. TRULY DISAPPOINTING
