Noordwyk spar

I have noticed the dont care attitude and bad servicefrom Noordwyk spar in Midrand, this comes after ongoing visits to the store and the unresponsive delivery service, I have experienced literally non service from Noordwyk spar delivery service, on two occasions I ordered food,it never reached my doorstep, the first time after ordering groceries at 1pm in the afternoon I was told that they will deliver the following day, the following day at about 12 during the day I decided to cancel the order because still it hadn't arrived, I ordered again this week on Monday and I was told they don't have eggs, carrots and polony, so I went to the store and found that everything they said is not on stock was available, then they still did not deliver and I had no response in wether they would deliver the following day or not, so I decided to stop shopping at spar from that point onward, Noordwyk spar service is very bad, they stopped selling electricity, airtime,simcards,they don't even Rica simcard,this is a shop thats operating like a ****a shop in the suburbs, I wish this spar Noordwyk could close down, so that a better reatail shop like pick n pay or checkers could open because going there is a waste of time,its a nightmare, I would not recommend customers to shop at Noordwyk spar, do not order on delivery service because they are choosy in terms of when they feel like they want to deliver, I deeply regret having such a useless store around our area, that claims to deliver within 3km radius but, is either they wont come or would not come at all causing you cancel the order the following day, after I cancelled the order, I had no response on their side interns of an apology, I have noticed that staff management has cut government trees outside, thinking that maybe customers don't see the store, we do see, we don't go because the shop is useless, something is always out of stock, your popular in demand services like electricity and airtime,they don't sell, so I recommend to customers,if you want to order,pick n pay will deliver, you won't wait the following day with no explanation or try checkers, I dont shop at Noordwyk spar anymore, I've had it, I would go to a spar that is in vornavalley or halfway house, this Spar in Noordwyk is destroying the name of Spar, they are on a permanent load shedding in terms of customer service, I would advise them to please close down, we don't need you, please leave so that a store that is functional can fill your place
