Nonkululeko at kiosk Power Spar Bridge City in Durban

Shocking service recieved today from this Nonkululeko woman at Power spar Bridge city kwamashu. She ignore me purposely when i needed help with the right queue to join as i needed to a municipality bill and their signage is sooo misleading she after serving 3 people and ignoring, rudely said can i not see that this is the queue. After i had joined the queue and watched her giving the most horrible service to people in front of me and being rude.finally it was my turn and with no smile, no greeting and no eye contact she took my statement and punched numbers on her PC and asked me how much im paying i said she must take the total that is on the statement. She went on to ask me what she must now do cause she doesnt have change. And i told her unfortunately i dnt work for spar and i wouldnt know and her as a spar employee when she was hired and trained what was she told to do in cases like this. She even went on to round off the amount and took more than my bill without my permission . she screamed and shouted and made me feel so small. Infront of her colleagues and other customers. I even asked her why she decided to work right at front of the store if didnt have the heart for people. Im really still shocked to see that there are people who treat people like that.
