Non existence customer service - Miss Bongeka Paddocks Spar

<p>Standing in a que to pay - nothing is happening, eventually I ask what we are waiting for ? I get snapped at - Price !!! More moment tick by so I pick up my stuff and move to another till - they busy with a big transaction they can't help, next till they taking too long as well so land up back with not so delightful Bongeka with a huge smirk on her fact becasue I've waisted time moving around (due her her attitude) but blow me is the woman in front of me has a price item. so bongeka gleefully stare at me and bangs on her bell once again to get a PRICE. I once again picked up my stuff and walked off to another till and called a supervisor. While talking to the supervisor she stood accross the tills glaring at me with a huge grin. I said to the supervisor, just look at her. All she could have done on ROUND ONE was before I had to even ask was, sorry 2 seconds we just waiting for a price. </p> <p>I see this is very poor customer services and blatent rudeness. She clearly does not know how to put the customer first but go out of her way and gloat to see them frustrated.</p>
