Non delivery on knife promotion at Spar Eastern Cape

We live in Maclear and have supported Ugie Spar Eastern Cape for a few years now. They started a promotion whereby you collect stickers based on your purchases. Every card filled with 20 stickers is redeemed by purchasing a knife from a selection at a discount price. For over a month now we have presented our cards yet there is no stock available. They have offerd excuses from awaiting stock to the container with the knives waiting in Durban port. Yet to date they still have not delivered. We have in good faith supported Spar and yet they are not holding up their part of the deal. The competition is now over as it ended on the 17th of December. How is Spar planning to deliver on their promises.
