Noise made due to renovations

Spar in South Beach has no respect whatsoever for us as tenants that live directly on top of the building. As they are doing renovations, no notice was served to the tenants yet every night from 8pm till the early hours of the morning we can not sleep due to the noise of the Power tools being used. I really don't think that this is fair as we all have to wake early in the morning without having to sleep due to this noise.
