No trust from Spar after 21Years

Les Marais Spar. After buying from them for 21 Years, and Knowing most of the managers, this is what happened. Spar say they are a family store. LOL. Not on your life. I will do my utmost best to avoid Spar as far as possible from now on. My wife was at the store yesterday. She bought some stuff for the home. Her card payment went through, but the till timed out. She then redid the payment, and again the till timed out. The bank shows' the money went off both times, including on her statement. They made her leave the Groceries, and told her they will only refund/give the stuff once their Accounts department can verify this. They then treated her like a ********, even after all our patronage. Worst Spar Ever.
