No trolley wipes at the entrance; Sanitizer bottle very dirty

We must be safe from this Corona virus. Trolley wipes at the entrance are vital, they do not have. We take a trolley that was used by someone on the other side and when you get to the door their sanitizer bottle is very dirty to touch. You are expected to touch it as dirty with your hands to sanitize your own trolley. Wipes are good to use, we cannot exchange on 1 wipe.
