NO STOCK RECEIVED FOR ADVERTISED LINE

Last week spar advertised in local paper spar 4 litre amasi for R38.99. My local store in robindale never received stock and when i requested a rain check they said they no longer do that. I spend a lot of money with spar every month but i will now have togive thought to shopping elsewhere. This is now the 4th time spar has done this to me. This is false advertising and i get feeble excuses as to why this happens. I have now had a guts full of spar and i want other prospective spar shoppers to think twice before shopping at spar. I have had enough and may go to the consumer council if i dont get an acceptable answer. SHAME on you for being a repeated offender.
