NO STOCK??

Spar had a huge special and had absolutely no stock! When i complained to the manager, he rudely told me that he either didn't get stock, or it was sold out, its not his problem. There was also notes in the aisles that said only one item per customer, even though it was on special, and was out of stock also. WHY HAVE A SPECIAL THEN?? And the fact that the manager was so rude and didn't even try to compensate for the fact was so disappointing.
