No sparkle in Spar

<p>On Saturday (15 April 2017) I visited Superspar in Gateway, wanting to withdraw cash via POS. I was informed by the cashier that I had to purchase an item in order for him to open the drawer. I said how could that be because other stores don't have that requirement. The cashier insisted that I needed to purchase a small item. I asked for the Manager. Manager Melanie / Elaine said that its their policy that a customer has to purchase an item to receive Cashback. I said to her that other stores don't have this criteria and that this is equivalent to me going to the atm and withdrawing money; why offer the service if it is an inconvenience to the customer. </p>
