No response from Spar

I recently had a horrific experience at my local Spar. I met the rudest, most unfriendliest manager. He has a chip on his shoulder and has no interest in customer service. I was not even prepared to go to the front desk to discuss with the other managers. I left my details with the front end manager and requested a call from the owner,<br> <br> Two wees later, I handed 4 bags of rotten apples from the shelves to the front end supervisor and asked for the owner to contact me. To date no call. Whats the point of franchise stores if the owners are absent and out of reach.
